Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) aims to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Krbeautyguide (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and its users regarding the conditions and procedures for service usage.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

  1. This Agreement takes effect by being publicly posted to users.
  2. The Company may modify this Agreement due to business or legal reasons, and any changes will take effect through public posting as described in the preceding clause.

Article 3 (Supplementary Rules)

Any matters not specified in this Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.


Chapter 2: Membership and Service Use

Article 1 (Definition of Members)

A “Member” refers to an individual recognized as eligible by the Company who agrees to this Agreement and completes the membership registration process to receive an ID and password.

Article 2 (Establishment of Service Subscription)

  1. Service subscription is established through the Company’s acceptance of the user’s application and the user’s agreement to this Agreement.
  2. Applicants must provide necessary personal information requested by the Company.
  3. Upon accepting the user’s application, the Company will issue a member ID and notify the user of other required information.
  4. The issued ID cannot be changed, and each user is granted only one ID.
  5. The Company may reject membership applications in the following cases:
    • When applying using another person’s name
    • When the application is not submitted under the applicant’s real name
    • When false information is provided in the application
    • When the application is made for purposes that violate public order or moral standards

Article 3 (Service Usage and Restrictions)

  1. The service is generally available 24/7 unless there are technical or operational difficulties.
  2. The Company may restrict service usage with prior notice for maintenance or system upgrades.
  3. Online consultation services may be unavailable 24/7 depending on the availability of support staff.

Article 4 (Service Fees)

  1. The Company provides its services free of charge to all registered members.
  2. If the Company introduces a paid service model, details regarding timing, policy, and fees will be publicly announced before implementation.

Chapter 3: Service Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Usage Restrictions

Article 1 (Service Withdrawal)

  1. A member wishing to withdraw must request termination via email.
  2. The request must include the member’s name, ID, phone number, and reason for withdrawal for verification.
  3. If login is no longer possible with the existing ID and password, the withdrawal has been processed.

Article 2 (Service Re-registration)

  1. A withdrawn member can request re-registration via email.
  2. The request must include the member’s name, ID, and phone number.
  3. If login is successful with the previously used ID and password, the re-registration has been completed.

Article 3 (Service Usage Restrictions)

The Company may suspend or terminate service usage without prior notice if the user engages in the following activities:

  • Violating public order or moral standards
  • Engaging in criminal activities
  • Using the service for purposes harmful to national security or public interest
  • Stealing another person’s ID or password
  • Defaming or causing harm to others
  • Registering multiple IDs under the same user
  • Harming the service’s stability or violating any related laws

Chapter 4: Limitation of Liability

Article 1 (Online Consultation)

  1. The Company ensures security for online consultations but does not take responsibility for leaks caused by user negligence.
  2. Consultation records may be used for academic or service improvement purposes after removing personal information.

Article 2 (Information Services)

  1. The information provided in the service is for general reference and does not replace professional medical advice.
  2. The Company does not endorse specific treatments, products, or opinions expressed by service participants.

Chapter 5: Obligations

Article 1 (Company’s Obligations)

  1. The Company strives to provide uninterrupted services.
  2. The Company is committed to protecting user privacy.

Article 2 (User Responsibilities)

  1. Users are responsible for managing their ID and password.
  2. Users must immediately notify the Company in case of unauthorized access.

Chapter 6: Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes arising from service use will be resolved through mutual agreement.
  2. If a lawsuit is necessary, it shall be filed in the court of the Company’s jurisdiction.
